banned account, locked out

I had a very good profile on Chaturbate, until about 2 weeks ago, when my account name was suddenly banned, NO notice, NO reason. Just banned, within half hour of logging online.
I tried it diff times, same message, account banned.
I then created a new account on my phone, got some tokens, was viewing a few models, tried to use those tokens, and found out, this new account was working, but, my tokens were locked, could not use them at all. frustrating.

Then i created a new account on my notebook, diff name and login, got some basic tokens to have them to use, tried to view a private, account was open, but, my tokens were locked, could not use them.

Now, I created a new user name and pass, got online, able to view models, bought 100 tokens, to have them to use, tried to send a tip, NO can do. Tokens are frozen.

This proves to me, that any name and pass one tries to use, is tied to the email name, and the cell phone number, or both. You can create many new accounts, new user, new pass, but, if you only have one phone, and one internet link, (service provider), and you use that combo, any new account, your tokens get locked, and no use trying to get any customer service, they, this site, ignores you. ARGH.
Anybody else have this same problem?

Pros
I love the variety of models on Chaturbate, I love the priviate shows, (when i was able to access them), and would love to do that again, I could buy many tokens, this site would make money from me, but, when my tokens are locked, that is frustrating.

Cons
NO customer service, at all. Dont matter how many times you apply, goes nowhere.
That is now the right way to do any kind of internet business.
